Breakfast Tacos {aka Whataburger’s Sausage Egg & Cheese Taquitos}
I’ve been on a breakfast making spree lately. Its actually fairly uncommon for me to cook up a big breakfast during the week… hubby’s lucky if he gets out the door with a cup of coffee and a kiss most days, but recently I’ve been having fun making him a nice breakfast before he heads off to prune the money tree.
Mama’s Sinfulicious Cinnamon Rolls with Orange Scented Icing
I call them sinful because they auto-trigger the glutton in me. Having my mom to visit is dangerous. She cooks these meals that I can’t stop eating. I over eat every time she cooks; it’s always as if I may never get the chance to eat again. These cinnamon rolls took my weakness to a whole new level.

Thoughts on Anthony Mazza
Day 1 – Who is this guy and how is his head going to fit underneath this tent with the rest of us for the next four days?
Day 2 – This guys pretty funny and not at all difficult to look at.
Day 3 – Geez, this guy knows his stuff…could a person be any more helpful than him?
Day 4 – Seriously, this Bosch stage wouldn’t stand a chance without this guy, I’m ever so grateful.
Day 5 – I think he is my brother and we were separated at birth…. can I talk my husband into moving to Vail so Anthony and I can be BFFs forever?
Anthony Mazza was our amazing stage chef in Napa, helping and filling in anything and everything anyone asked of him, making sure our entire culinary stage was perfect and segments were going off without a hitch. Back home he’s a personal chef, devoted Daddy and arm candy for one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever seen. In Napa he was a Godsend….but, we never got to see him cook and show off his kitchen skills.
So, I asked Anthony if he would be willing to write a guest post and show me what he’s got. Here’s what he’s sharing {along with the help of one handsome little half-pint}. I love the idea of making traditional biscuits and gravy a little more healthy by using whole wheat in the biscuits and turkey sausage for the gravy. Anthony is making this for his gal and suggesting you men get to baking for your ladies, but let’s get real, since my hubby doesn’t read my blog, he’s certainly not going to get Anthony’s message. But I can assure you these will most definitely be on our family’s dining table on Christmas morning, it’s just I will be the one making them! Thanks for sharing Anthony…
Yamanana Waffles

I rarely get a recipe posted on the same day that I actually cook a meal and this is the first time I’ve ever posted within the same hour of making something, but oh my! these waffles are sensational and totally warrant the expedited delivery to you.
